Privacy notice
What we collect
When you send a feature enquiry, we receive the details you choose to give us:
- your name, your business name, and your city or area;
- your email address and, if you share them, your phone number and a website or social media link;
- what you would like people to know about your business, and, if you choose one, your preferred language;
- your two confirmations: that we may contact you about the enquiry, and that you understand the feature pricing and application terms.
We also receive a note that the enquiry came from this website and, if the link you followed contains them, campaign tags such as utm_source.
Why we collect it
We use these details to review your enquiry and to contact you about it, for example to discuss your story, the scope, pricing and practical details of a possible feature. Sending an enquiry does not add you to a newsletter or mailing list.
Who processes it
Enquiries are sent through Formspree (opens in a new tab), a form-processing service that delivers them to our team. Formspree may apply automated spam protection, and it may store data outside Canada.
Tamil Business 360 is an initiative by KO 360 (opens in a new tab), and enquiries are reviewed by the KO 360 team.
Videos from Instagram and YouTube
The testimonial videos are hosted on Instagram and the podcast is hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from those services until you press a play button. When you do, the video is shown in that service's player, which may set cookies and process data under its own privacy policy. The YouTube player uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which reduces but does not remove data processing by YouTube.
This website does not use advertising pixels.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics)
If you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics (opens in a new tab) to count visits and see which parts of this page are used, for example which buttons are pressed, which videos are played and whether the enquiry form was sent. It sets cookies (named _ga) and Google receives your IP address, browser and device type and the pages you view. We do not send Google anything you type into the enquiry form, and advertising features, Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off. Google may process this data outside Canada.
If you choose "Decline", or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; declining after accepting turns analytics off and removes its cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to review and follow up on your enquiry, or as required for our business records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us, or withdraw your enquiry, by emailing hello@ko360.ca.
